  I was looking for an Optometrist for my 9yr old. Lucielle attended to us and we were thrilled with the service and attention we received. Highly recommend them for kids and I will be visiting this business upon my next eye test also.

  I complained to the manager regarding quality of service and rudeness of staff during consultation and over the phone. The optometrist was brilliant which is a real pity because I will not return to this shop. I love specsavers so will just choose a different location Cockburn are brilliant!

  Brought my auntie there for eye test recently. As I am a regular google reviewer, I always check the reviews before I go. Honestly I went with a heavy heart due to the low rating. But to my surprise, the staffs are friendly and nice. Optometrist who attended us is very thorough and professional too. I had very good experience and will definitely made it my regular to-go store too.

  I've been a Specsavers customer for a number of years and shopped at different branches all around Perth & have always had a pleasant experience. But today I was in the Armadale store selecting glasses for nearly an hour and no one (not even one person) asked me if they could assist me with my purchase. When I asked a question, the staff quickly answered and walked off to assist someone else who just walked in. Yes they were busy, but I just don't understand. I felt like I was a nuisance and not welcomed. Ended putting my selections down and walked out. I'll try a different store.

  Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. More than happy with the service provided, finally found a glass shop worthy of becoming my regular.
