    Terrible service, they ask for photo ID to view billing even though I can show it on my phone. Your app is useless and cant produce accurate results and neither can your staff.

    Went into the Armadale Optus store to sign up to a home phone, internet/ fetch tv deal in February 2017 which turned into a 6 month battle with Optus which is still on going to this day and is under investigation by the bored of telecommunications, we were with out a working land line/ internet for 4 months and a number of other problems and to top it off one of the staff members that sign us up to a new contract did switch us over from our old account so Optus was charging us for 2 accounts, the bored of telecommunications has requested Optus to call me a resolve this problem and they have failed to do so, WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND OPTUS ARMADALE OR OPTUS IN GENERAL TO ANYONE

    How much do these people get paid? Not only have they been clueless on several occasions but no one seems to do a very good job, or you know, their job at all.
