  Unfortunately people are more likely to put the negatives out for everyone to see. Not enough praise for this store they all work as a team to resolve any issue they can and they always look after me and all the people that I have referred to them. They are by far better than these review give credit for!! please go and see for yourself!! they will not disappoint :)

  What a great place to come. Was served by Ryan and that guy is a genius I love him. Happy with my new tablet and security system I can monitor what's going on in and outside my house from my phone, anywhere I go which is awesome!

  If you love waiting, then this is the store for you!!! Service staff are good, the very few that actually serve customers. Good luck!!!

  dont go there if you expect any helpful service ! seem to just push what ever their favour phone of the month is!

  Absolutely the worst customer service. I was highly dissatisfied with an accessory and they refused to acknowledge my complaint. The two staff members I had contact with were very disrespectful, one even made a snide comment about my concerns. Not happy at all. Will not be returning to Telstra in future. Would not recommend this store.
