    Nice people but been sitting with colour on my hair for over an hour, timer went off 40mins ago, not one person has checked, or spoken to me and they keep bringing more and more people through. Pretty terrible service

    I brought photos, I discussed length and expectation, the hair dresser talked through what they were going to do, and just no, they basically shaved my head and didn't even do it evenly, screwed up my hair sooooo badly another hair dresser couldn't even step in and save it, won't be coming back here again, ever

    Love the people that work there. Matthew always does my hair n I'm always amazed at the colours n cut.
