  I ordered photos online, figuring the time it would take to arrive would be around the same time it takes to print in store, a few days tops. I was wrong, I missed the note that said it would take ten working days to be delivered to the store. That was on me. But it took three weeks, not ten working days, to arrive. And not only was it late, it arrived a good few days after I received the email confirming that it had arrived. I had been into the store three times, and each time they promised to ring when they came in. They rang once, just to say that while it had been ten working days, I should have expected it to be an extra day also. The staff in store were okay to deal with, but trying to find one to serve you is difficult enough. After standing behind a frustrated family who were clearly waiting to be served, I went and hunted a staff member down. He promptly served the people in front of me and then left. Some other young man using the computer near the till completely ignored me until I spoke to him, and continued doing what he was doing until he was ready to serve me. The height of my frustration was when they apologised for stuffing me around so much (many phone calls later) and promised to post it out to me, promising to print it in store and post it out themselves if necessary. When I rang to see if they had put it in the post, because now I don't trust them to even do that, they told me it would be extra shipping. So now I have to head back into the store, again. Never will I order photos online with Harvey Norman again. You would think that with online stores breathing down their neck they would up their game. All the flash flag-ship stores in the world won't save them if their customer service continues to frustrate.
