  7- she intimidated me that she will contact the police if I ll not go from the store, in order to make me afraid or worried so I ll not contact the manager! Actually, I don't know why she thought that I would feel afraid or worried and I didn't do anything to make me feel that way, therefore I stood there until I was able to talk to the manager and submit a complaint.

  Very poor customer service! complain to the management but instead of improving their customer service or apologize about their horrible customer service they would tell u the cheap phrase "Really! U are the first one who complains about this"

  5- when asked for a manager to complain to, she hide her name and took her name tag off ( in very silly , childish & provoking way) and denied my request.

  The only thing I gave them this bad feedback is the management attitude regarding the bad customer service I got by a member of their team who does really need disciplinary action or advice and heaps of training to educate them that they are in a customer service role! In order to avoid this "MARTA" of abusing other customers!

  Away from this awkward experience shopping there seems to be fine and , most staff are helpful and nice ( SOME ARE NOT)! Also I have returned some other products to this shop without any problem!

  Always enjoy shopping there however the layby is so slow and sometimes can't find the stock. To me that is bad organisation. The management are on the floor and helping customers and staff. Like the olive skin lady that is at the door and the young man. Very friendly and always smiling.

  Despite the fact that the whole situation was very simple but it been raised and escalated by the team member to make it very complicated, and the horrible thing that the management didn't see any of what "MARTA" did strange or unacceptable or unprofessional:

  2- when I asked her why u make sarcasm of me, she said because what I am saying is weird ( no customer expect to hear this from a team member behind a customer service desk).

  I had the worst customer service experience ever by a team member called "Marta" and when I complained to the managers they said "she was stressed and I was the aggressive customer"

  Only slightly better than Target and KMart, but still not much choice between items (unless you're shopping in the women's-wear section that seems to take up three-quarters of the store). A 20%-off sale is not much a sale at all. Still, the store has always been clean, and floor staff have always been friendly and efficient.

  Very helpful staff, a lovely guy named Nathan was so helpful, the product I was after wasn't showing up on their system, he took down my number and also told me that more were coming in and being close to Xmas time also told me to call everyday just to double check, I was happy with that help but what was so great was I was walking around doing more shopping and Nathan came and found me because he had personally gone to look for the product and walked around the store just to find me to give it to me!! So very happy with the staff at Armadale Big W
