    Appt at 11:50am and am still waiting at 12:15, previous and current patient an emergency case, no one thought to advise reception to alert waiting patients of the Cancellation and major delay. Really inappropriate and poor service! Even if they are a HBF dental service.

    Staff are rude. Dentist turned up 15 minutes late to her first appointment. I was so unhappy i moved dentist and asked for the x-rays to be moved. It took them a week and they sent a photocopy...
