  In addition, they recommended to me to do some repairs in the car cost $1500! one of these recommendations was to fix engine mounts because the engine has a jolting with the transaction, which costs $1000 and they added that they won't last for the next 6 months and this will make a serious damage to the car, which means it is a really serious problem in my car! However, I have been fixing the same car for the last couple of years with ULTRATUNE and i had the same car conditions with the same Jolting with each transaction and they never told me there that I need anything like this!

  So, I went to Kmart as I thought I will get quality of service with lower price than UltraTune! It ends up that I paid in Kmart +$200 for logbook service, which included 6 months road side assistance for ALLIANZ. However in ULTRATUNE I used to pay only $180 for logbook service with the same 6 months roadside assistance!

  I only bought 2 engine mounts with the cost of around $65 for each , so both cost me about $130 and I went to a local mechanic in my suburb who fixed them for me with $50 only! and the problem was solved with less than $200! BUT KMART ASKED FOR $1000!

  2- To solve the problem of my car jolting with the transaction, I called Toyota Processor asked for the price of the 4 Engine mounts and the SURPRISE was that the quote piece in Kmart for the piece was double price than it is in Toyota Processor (ORIGINAL PARTS ONLY)!

  1- After less than 2 months one of the parking light , which they replaced it with $32 stopped to work! So , I went to "Super Cheap Gosnels" bought couple of parking light globes with less than $4 and I fix it myself!

  Don't go here, super rude, could hardly understand the guy who answered the phone, ended up going somewhere cheaper and nicer, they charge way too much for a single tyre, owner/manager was very rude towards me and very unprofessional

  Dropped car off at 8am, was told car would be ready by 12pm. Wasnt ready to pick up until 3:30pm, however they did they work I asked for and finally did a proper wheel alignment, the car now finally tracks straight, which was something the other tyre centre was unable to do, so yeah, I guess they are alright, at least I didnt feel like I was being ripped off for a change.
