  excellent service and they helped me out tremendously - wait times can be long (usually at opening time) but this is to be expected at a busy branch.

  *Parking is a pain in the neck. If you can, just park in the under cover garage, don't even bother with the lot just outside the branch.

  Service has gone out the window with the Commnwealth Bank. The very few staff are run off their feet and customers are left waiting - we waited an hour just to add signatures to an account.

  Waited about 20min to see a "teller". ...4 customers, and one teller serving, counted 7 staff including the one standing at the entrance directing customers to the "wait line" ......"can I help you? ....no?....... here is the waiting line" ....Oh gee wouldn't have found that without you. thank you so much. same went for each person who walked in behind me.

  Staff are very friendly and courteous but realistically have no concept of customer service.

  There is only one way the employee at the entrance can help me : and that's by opening up another teller position to move the line along.
